    That was a great laugh. My wife was a realtor at one time and it amazed us how little effort some agents would expend on a listing. I think that home would have been best presented as a “fixer upper.”

    I can’t say I completely agree a props a few points, but you absolutely have a unique outlook. Anyhow, I like the word used in these lines…
