					<description>I grew up with sidewalks.  It doesn't make sense not to have them.  It will keep the kids off the streets.  We learned to roller skate and ride bikes on the sidewalks.  A community doesn't make sense and doesn't look like a community without them.  Remember sidewalks and tree lined streets?  Bring them back.</description>
