After graduating from the US Naval Academy with an engineering degree, CB served for five years as an Officer in the US Marine Corps. He also has been successful as a private real estate investor for over eight years. As a full time real estate professional, CB strives to insure the success of his clients’ real estate objectives. To accomplish this, he founded The Fine Coastal Living Team. CB is also the owner of two Keller Williams market centers- one in Wilmington and the other in Raleigh.

CB attributes his success to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has been blessed to learn dedication, integrity and ingenuity through his life experiences and education. From his roots in the beautiful coastal town of Beaufort, SC to his current home in Wilmington, CB has always enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and everything else that coastal life has to offer. CB resides with his wife, Carissa, and three children, Caleb, Oran and Ava, in Wilmington, NC.

CB is a member of the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, the Cape Fear Chapter of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association and Life Community Church of Wilmington.

Melody Browne is our listing specialist and team manager. She develops listing marketing plans, consults sellers on pricing strategies and negotiates offers.

Melody graduated from San Diego State University with a background in advertising and technology. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, she consulted hundreds of Realtors around the county on how to create a brand image and market their business online. From the west coast to the east coast, Melody has always enjoyed the vast array of outdoor activities available in beach communities. When she's not busy helping clients, you can often spot her around town biking, running, swimming, or practicing yoga.

Melody is a member of the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, the Cape Fear Cyclist Club and serves on the board at the Bellamy Mansion Museum.
